The Linkies Service (the "Service") is an online storefront and booking tool designed for independent professionals. For any question regarding the protection of your data, you can contact us at: contact.linkies@gmail.com.

• Professional account: email address, name, bio, profession, profile photo.
• Bookings: the client's name, email address, and phone number at the time of booking.
• Google Calendar: with your consent, we access your calendar (the "calendar.events" scope) to create, update, or delete events corresponding to your appointments.
• Payment: payment data is processed directly by Stripe. Linkies never stores your banking information.

The data collected is used to:

• provide the Service (creating your storefront, managing bookings);
• send notifications (booking confirmation and reminders);
• synchronize your appointments with Google Calendar;
• manage your subscription and its billing.

Connecting Google Calendar is optional and requires your explicit authorization via OAuth. The access token is stored in encrypted form. You can revoke this access at any time from your account settings.

We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data (calendar events and calendar data) to any third party. This data is used solely to provide the calendar synchronization you requested, and is processed by our sub-processors (Supabase, for hosting) only to the extent strictly necessary for the operation of the Service.

We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising purposes, and do not use it to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

We rely on the following providers to deliver the Service:

• Supabase: hosting and database;
• Stripe: payment processing;
• Google: calendar synchronization;
• Resend: email delivery.

These providers process data solely to provide the requested services.

Data is retained for as long as your account is active. Booking data is retained for the time necessary to provide the Service and to comply with our legal obligations. Upon request, your account and your data can be deleted.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data (encryption of access tokens, access control).
