Terms of Service

Linkies (the "Service") is an online tool that lets independent professionals create a storefront and manage their bookings. Using the Service implies full acceptance of these terms.

The Service allows you to create services, share a public link, receive bookings, and, depending on the chosen plan, connect your Google Calendar and customize your storefront.

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and the accuracy of the information you provide.

The Service offers a free plan and a paid plan ("Starter"). Payments are processed by Stripe. The subscription renews automatically according to the chosen period (monthly or yearly), unless cancelled.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account (subscription management). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, unless otherwise stated.

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful purposes, nor in any way that could harm the Service or third parties.

The Service and its content are the property of Linkies. You retain ownership of your own content (storefront, texts, images).

The Service is provided "as is". Linkies cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service.

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
